Recently, our organization went through some staffing changes and below are the main points about the new service structure:
1. Bob Popp remained the VP of Business Development
2. Business Consultant is main point of contact (that would be me)
3. Reduced Span of Control (approx 40 - 50 companies vs. 80 previously)
4. Focus is on working jointly with Brokers to Grow their business and their marketplace
5. Consultative Approach to implementing tools and systems (key learnings from System 21).
6. Addition of Field Based Trainer to address needs of broker in the zone 50/50 in person and via WebEx.

Our first initiative is to best understand your business needs and I will be emailing you a link to complete a Broker Discovery Questionnaire.

The purpose of the Discovery document is to assess your needs and develop a business & market plan on how to best grow your business and market share.

Once the questionnaire is completed, we will schedule a call to discuss the results and come up with a plan to best service you.
